INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY CELEBRATIONS AT IGNCA Feb 21-22, 2022 Ministry of Culture is celebrating Mother Language Day under the aegis of AzadiKaAmritMahotsav, in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office as a Knowledge Partner. The theme for this International Mother Language Day is “Using Technology for Multilingual Learning: Challenges and Opportunities”.
