Free Long-Term Coaching for UPSC Civil Services Examination – 2027 The Telangana BC Employability Skill Development & Training Centre (TGBCESDTC), Hyderabad, Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Telangana, invites online applications from eligible graduates for admission into the Free Long-Term Coaching Programme for UPSC Civil Services (Prelims-cum-Mains) Examination – 2027. The coaching programme will be conducted from 24 August 2026 to May 2027 at TG BC Study Circle, Laxmi Nagar Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad. A total of 150 candidates will be admitted: • 100 candidates through an Online Screening Test. • 50 candidates who have already qualified in the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination will be admitted directly without screening test, subject to eligibility.

Facilities Provided:::

• Monthly Stipend of ₹5,000 (subject to attendance norms) 

• ₹5,000 Book Fund (one-time assistance) 

• Library Facility 

• Classes will be conducted by subject experts and experienced faculty.

• Subject-wise tests will be conducted, followed by evaluation and feedback for performance improvement.

Eligibility:::

• Graduation from a recognized University. 

• Parent/Guardian annual income: 

o Rural: Below ₹1.50 lakh 

o Urban: Below ₹2.00 lakh 

• Candidates should not be employed or pursuing any other course. 

• Candidates should not have availed similar Government-sponsored coaching. 

• Must satisfy UPSC Civil Services Examination–2027 eligibility conditions.

• Hall Ticket Download: 13 August 2026 onwards 

• Screening Test: 16 August 2026
