The INFLIBNET Centre, in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad is organizing a “One day Programme on ORCID and INFLIBNET Services for Scholarly Communities”, which is scheduled on 28th February 2024 after 9.30 AM onwards at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH). The programme's objectives are to bring more awareness about INFLIBNET Services to the research community and use & integration of ORCID in scholarly communication by research scholars, faculty members, research administrators, etc.
Date & Time:28th February 2024 after 9.30 AM onwards (The duration of the programme is One-Day in Offline mode].
Venue: C-LH3 - Academic C-Block, IIT Hyderabad
Registration Fee: NO registration fee to attend the programme.
Targeted Participants: Academicians, Faculty, Library and Information Science Professional, Information Scientist, and PhD/Research Scholars from all disciplines.
A maximum of 100-120 candidates will be selected for the outreach programme on First-Come-First-Serve Basis. The last date to register is 24th February 2024

*🌀విద్యాశాఖ ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ సెక్రటరీ బుర్రా వెంకటేశం శనివారం సెక్టార్‌ స్కిల్‌ కౌన్సిళ్లు, కళాశాల విద్యాశాఖ, వర్సిటీల అధికారులతో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్షలో ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. చదువుతూనే విద్యార్థులకు సంపాదించుకునే వెసులుబాటు కల్పించేలా తీర్చిదిద్దనున్నారు*
*💥ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం ప్రారంభంలో 30 డిగ్రీ కాలేజీల్లోనే 36 కోర్సులను ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. ఈ సంఖ్యను 100కు పెంచాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఏయే రంగాల్లో ఏ కోర్సులను ప్రవేశపెట్టవచ్చో గుర్తించేందుకు ఒక కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. వచ్చే విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో జిల్లా కేంద్రాల్లోని విద్యార్థులు అధికంగా ఉన్న కాలేజీల్లో ఈ కోర్సులకు ప్రవేశపెడతారు. ప్రైవేట్‌ కాలేజీలకు సైతం అవకాశం కల్పించనున్నట్టు అధికారులు తెలిపారు*
తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్ర ఉన్నత విద్యా మండలి(టీఎస్‌సీహెచ్‌ఈ).. తెలంగాణ స్టేట్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ కామన్‌ ఎంట్రన్స్‌ టెస్ట్‌ (టీఎస్‌ ఈసెట్‌)-2024 నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. దీని ద్వారా పాలిటెక్నిక్ డిప్లొమా, బీఎస్సీ(మ్యాథమేటిక్స్‌) అభ్యర్థులకు 2024-2025 విద్యా సంవత్సరం బీఈ/ బీటెక్‌/ బీఫార్మసీ కోర్సుల్లో లేటరల్‌ ఎంట్రీ విధానంలో రెండో సంవత్సరంలో ప్రవేశాలు కల్పిస్తారు. దీన్ని హైదరాబాద్‌లోని ఉస్మానియా విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నిర్వహిస్తోంది.
