UPSC Civils 2025 Changes: ఆలిండియా సర్వీస్‌ ఉద్యోగ నియామకాల కోసం యూనియన్‌ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్‌ తాజా నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలైంది. ఈ ఏడాది మొత్తం 23 సర్వీసుల కోసం ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు చేపట్టనున్నారు. గత ఏడాది 21 సర్వీసులుండగా మరో రెండు సర్వీసులు నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో చోటు చేసుకున్నాయి. దీంతో పాటు యూపీఎస్సీ సివిల్స్ నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పలు కీలక మార్పులు చేపట్టారు

 యూపీఎస్సీ 2025 నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో కీలక మార్పులు

. ఇండియన్‌ రైల్వే మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ సర్వీస్‌‌ను ఇండియన్ రైల్వే ట్రాఫిక్ సర్వీస్‌, ఇండియన్ రైల్వే అకౌంట్స్ సర్వీస్‌, ఇండియన్ రైల్వే పర్సనల్ సర్వీసులుగా విభజించడంతో ఆలిండియా సర్వీసుల సంఖ్య పెరిగింది.

సివిల్ సర్వీస్‌ 2025 పరీక్షకు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌ చివరి ఏడాది చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు కూడా ప్రిలిమినరీ, మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షలకు హాజరు కావొచ్చు. గతంలో ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్షలకు మాత్రమే ఈ అవకాశం ఉండేది. మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షలకు గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌ పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలనే నిబంధన ఉండేది. తాజాగా ఇంటర్వ్యూ నాటికి గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

రిజర్వేషన్లు, వయోపరిమితి సడలింపు కోరుతున్న అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసే సమయంలోనే వాటిని జత చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. గతంలో ప్రిలిమ్స్‌ పరీక్షలకు ఈ నిబంధన లేదు. రిజర్వేషన్ల దుర్వినియోగం నేపథ్యంలో యూపీఎస్సీ ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.

ఓబీసీ అభ్యర్థులు కుల ధృవీకరణతో పాటు నాన్ క్రిమీ లేయర్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ను జత చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. నాన్ క్రిమిలేయర్‌ 2021-22, 22-23, 23-24 సంవత్సరాలకు సంబంధించినదై ఉండాలి. ఓబీసీ కుల ధృవీకరణ 2024 ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి 2025 ఫిబ్రవరి 11 మధ్య జారీ చేసినదై ఉండాలి.

ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ రిజర్వేషన్లకు అర్హులైన వారు 2023-24 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి ఏప్రిల్ 1, 2024- ఫిబ్రవరి 11, 2025 మధ్య జారీ చేసిన కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ నియమ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం జారీ చేసిన ఆదాయం, ఆస్తుల ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలను దరఖాస్తు చేసే సమయంలోనే సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

సివిల్స్ దరఖాస్తు చేసే అభ‌్యర్థులు సర్వీస్ ప్రిఫరెన్స్‌లను కూడా ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్ష దశలోనే దరఖాస్తులో పేర్కొనాల్సి ఉంటుంది. క్యాడర్ ప్రాధాన్యతను ప్రిలిమ్స్‌ పరీక్షలు జరిగిన 10రోజుల్లో సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

యూపీఎస్సీ పరీక్షలకు వన్‌ టైమ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ తప్పనిసరిగా చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. తొలిసారి పరీక్షలకు హాజరయ్యే అభ్యర్థులు తమ వివరాలను యూపీఎస్సీ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో వన్‌ టైమ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. వన్‌ టైమ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ సమయంలో నమోదు చేసిన వివరాల్లో పుట్టిన తేదీని మార్చడానికి అనుమతించరు. మిగిలిన వివరాలను 2025 ఫిబ్రవరి 18లోగా మార్చుకోవచ్చు.

ప్రిలిమినరీ దరఖాస్తులో పేర్కొన్న వివరాలను ఏమైనా సవరణలు చేయాలంటే 2025 ఫిబ్రవరి 12 నుంచి ఫిబ్రవరి 18మధ్య సవరించుకోవచ్చు.

దరఖాస్తులో చిరునామా విద్యార్హతలు, సర్వీస్, క్యాడర్‌ ప్రాధాన్యతల్లో మార్పులు చేర్పులు చేయడానికి మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షలు పూర్తైన 15రోజుల వరకు గడువు ఉంటుంది. అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తుల్లో మార్పులు చేయకుండా జాగ్రత్త వహించాలి.

అభ్యర్థి తాజా ఫోటోను మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తులో అప్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి. ఫోటోలో ఉన్న విధంగానే పరీక్షలకు హాజరు కావాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అప్లికేషన్‌ అప్‌లోడ్ చేసే సమయానికి పదిరోజుల ముందు తీసుకున్న ఫోటోలను మాత్రమే సమర్పించాలి. ఫోటోతో పాటు అభ్యర్థి పేరు, ఫోటో తీసిన తేదీని కూడా స్పష్టంగా పేర్కొనాలి.

యూపీఎస్సీ 2025 దరఖాస్తులను 2025 జనవరి 22 నుంచి ఫిబ్రవరి 12 సాయంత్రం ఆరు గంటల వరకు స్వీకరిస్తారు. ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్షను మే 25న నిరవ్హిస్తారు. హాల్‌ టిక్కెట్లను 2025 ఏప్రిల్‌లో జారీ చేస్తారు. మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షను ఆగస్టు 22న నిర్వహిస్తారు.

యూపీఎస్సీ సివిల్స్‌ పరీక్షలకు జనరల్ అభ్యర్థులు ఆరు సార్లు, ఓబీసీలకు 9 సార్లు, ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీలకు నిర్ధిష్ట వయో పరిమితి వరకు ఎన్నిసార్లైనా హాజరు కావొచ్చు. జనరల్ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.100 ఫీజు చెల్లించాలి. మహిళలతో పాటు ఇతర క్యాటగిరీలకు ఫీజులో మినహాయింపు ఉంటుంది.

 ప్రదర్శనకు ప్రసిద్ధిగాంచిన హైదరాబాద్‌ బుక్‌ ఫెయిర్‌ను ఈ నెల 19 నుంచి 29వతేదీ వరకు నగరంలో నిర్వహించనున్నారు. హైదరాబాద్‌ బుక్‌ ఫెయిర్‌ సొసైటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఎన్టీఆర్‌ స్టేడియంలో జరగనున్న ఈ పుస్తక ప్రదర్శనను ప్రారంభించేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్‌రెడ్డిని ఆహ్వానించినట్టు సొసైటీ అధ్యక్షుడు యాకూబ్‌ షేక్, కార్యదర్శి ఆర్‌.శ్రీనివాస్‌ తదితరులు బుధవారం వెల్లడించారు. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలతోపాటు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న 210 మందికిపైగా ప్రచురణకర్తలు, పంపిణీదారులు  పుస్తకాలను ప్రదర్శించనున్నారని తెలిపారు. ‘బుక్‌ ఫెయిర్‌ ప్రాంగణానికి దాశరథి కృష్ణమాచార్య, సభా కార్యక్రమాల వేదికకు బోయి విజయభారతి, పుస్తకాల ఆవిష్కరణ వేదికకు తోపుడుబండి సాదిక్‌ పేర్లతో నామకరణం చేశాం. సుమారు 350 స్టాళ్లను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నాం. రచయితలు సొంత రచనలు, ప్రచురణలను పాఠకులకు పరిచయం చేసుకునేందుకు ప్రత్యేకంగా రైటర్స్‌ స్టాళ్లు కేటాయించాం. కార్యక్రమాలను పర్యవేక్షించేందుకు సుప్రీంకోర్టు విశ్రాంత న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్‌ బి.సుదర్శన్‌ రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్సీ ప్రొఫెసర్‌ కోదండరాం, సీనియర్‌ పాత్రికేయులు కె.రామచంద్రమూర్తి, విశ్రాంత ప్రొఫెసర్‌ ఆచార్య రమా మేల్కోటేలతో సలహా కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. తెలంగాణ రుచులతో ఫుడ్‌ స్టాళ్లనూ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నాం. పిల్లల కోసం ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలు, సాంస్కృతిక ప్రదర్శనలు, ఆరోగ్య శిబిరాలు నిర్వహించనున్నాం’ అని వెల్లడించారు.*
