రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో ఎనిమిదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల కోసం ఎం.హెచ్.ఆర్.డి (మినిస్ట్రీ ఆఫ్ హ్యూమన్ రిసోర్స్ డెవెలప్ మెంట్) ఆధ్వర్యంలో 2025-26 సంవత్సరానికి రాబోయే నవంబర్ లేదా డిసెంబర్ నెలలో నిర్వహించే ఎన్.ఎం.ఎం.ఎస్ (నేషనల్ మీన్స్ కం మెరిట్ స్కాలర్ షిప్) అర్హత పరీక్ష కోసం విద్యార్థుల మేధో సామర్థ్యాన్ని పెంచేందుకు కంటెంట్ అందిస్తున్నామని సీఈవో బోదనపల్లి వేణుగోపాల్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. సెప్టెంబర్ ఒకటవ తేది నుండి విద్య ఛానల్ లో ఉదయం 11 నుండి 12 గంటల వరకు అరగంట నిడివిగల రెండు పాఠ్యాంశ భాగాల చొప్పున 100 ఎపిసోడ్స్ డిసెంబర్ నెలలో నిర్వహించే పరీక్షల వరకు ప్రసారం చేయనున్నామని, మ్యాట్ అండ్ స్యాట్ కు సంబంధించిన ప్రధాన సబ్జెక్టుల పాఠ్యాంశాలపై డిజిటల్ లెసన్స్ ప్రసారమౌతాయని, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు అర్హత పరీక్షలో ప్రతిభ కనబరిచి ప్రభుత్వం అందించే ఉపకారవేతనానికి అర్హత సాధించేందుకు సిద్ధం కావాలని వేణుగోపాల్ రెడ్డి పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

2. Communism (కమ్యూనిజం)

ప్రభుత్వం నా రెండు మేకలను తీసుకెళ్ళి ప్రతిరోజూ నాకు రెండు కప్పుల పాలు ఇస్తే అది కమ్యూనిజం. అంటే వ్యక్తిగత ఆస్తి ఉండదు. రాజ్యం ఆస్తిని సొంతం చేసుకుని అవసరానికి అనుగుణంగా ప్రతివ్యక్తికి సమానంగా పంచుతుంది.

3. Capitalism (పెట్టుబడిదారీ విధానం)

నా మేకను నీకు అమ్మేస్తాను, నువ్వు దానిని ఎక్కువ ధరకు అమ్మి లాభం పడతే అది క్యాపిటలిజం. అంటే మార్కెట్, డీల్, వ్యాపారం.. లాభం కోసం తీసుకోవడం–ఇవ్వడం. ఇరువురూ లాభం చూసుకోవాలి. కానీ లోలోపల లాభనష్టాలు అసమానంగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. 

ఉదా: రైతు 20 రూపాయలకు టమాటా అమ్ముతాడు.. మార్కెట్‌లో దానిని 100 రూపాయలకు అమ్మేస్తారు.

4. Imperialism (సామ్రాజ్యవాదం)

నేను నీ మేకను రహస్యంగా దొంగిలిస్తే, అది సామ్రాజ్యవాదం. అంటే నేరుగా దోపిడీ, దౌర్జన్యం. బలవంతం లేకుండా, మోసం చేసి దోచుకోవడం. 

ఉదా: ఒక పెద్ద దేశం బలహీన దేశం దగ్గర ఉన్న బంగారం, చమురు లాక్కుంటుంది.

5. Fascism (ఫాసిజం)

నిన్ను ఒక్క దెబ్బతో చంపి నా మేకలను తీసుకెళ్తే, అది ఫాసిజం. అంటే నిరంకుశ హింసా పాలన. ఎవరు ఎదిరించినా సజీవంగా ఉంచరు. సూటిగా, రక్తపాతం ద్వారా దోచుకోవడం.

ఉదా: డిక్టేటర్ నా మాట వినకపోతే ప్రాణం వుండదు అని హింసతో పాలన నడిపిస్తాడు.

6. Democracy (ప్రజాస్వామ్యం)

మేకల మేత ఖర్చు వాటి పాల విలువ కంటే ఎక్కువైతే ఆకలితో ఉన్న మేకలను చంపి వాటి మాంసం, చర్మం అమ్ముతారు. రెస్టారెంట్ యజమాని దానిని 80% చౌక గొడ్డు మాంసంతో కలిపి చికెన్ చాప్స్‌గా అమ్మి లాభం పొందటం ప్రజాస్వామ్యం.. అంటే ఇక్కడ వాస్తవానికి ప్రజల అవసరాల కంటే మార్కెట్ లాజిక్, కార్పొరేట్ లాభమే ముఖ్యమవుతుంది. తప్పుడు లేబుల్స్, మోసాలు, కల్తీ చేసే వ్యవస్థ.

Socialism/Communism → పంచుకోవడం మీద దృష్టి.

పరిశోధనలేం చెప్తున్నాయి?

నిరంతరం భయంతో ఉంటే భయాన్ని నియంత్రించే అమిగ్డలా హైపర్ యాక్టివ్ అవుతుంది. 

బాల్యంలో అవమానం, నిర్లక్ష్యం, శారీరక లేదా భావోద్వేగ దౌర్జన్యం ఎదుర్కొన్న పిల్లలు నాలుగు రెట్లు ఎక్కువగా డిప్రెషన్, ఆందోళనకు గురవుతారని 17 వేల మంది పిల్లలపై జరిపిన ఒక పరిశోధనలో వెల్లడైంది. అంతేకాదు చదువులో వెనకబడతారు. పెరిగి పెద్దయ్యాక, కెరీర్ లో స్థిరత్వం లేకపోవడం, సంబంధాలలో సమస్యలు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటాయి. 

బాల్యంలో ఎమోషనల్ కనెక్షన్ ఉన్న పిల్లలకే జీవితంలో, కెరీర్ లో సక్సెస్ అయ్యే అవకాశాలు ఎక్కువని హార్వర్డ్ స్టడీలో కూడా వెల్లడైంది. ఫార్చ్యూన్ 500 సీఈఓలలో 70శాతం మందికి సెక్యూర్ చైల్డ్‌హుడ్ ఉండటమే ఇందుకు పెద్ద ఉదాహరణ. 

కొనసాగే గురుతులు...

బాల్యంలో మనసుకైన గాయాలు కనిపించవు. కానీ వాటి పాటర్న్ పెద్దయ్యాక కూడా కనిపిస్తుంది.

🔹 బాల్యంలో ప్రేమ షరతులతో కూడినదైతే పెద్దయ్యాక అందరినీ సంతోషపెట్టాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. 

🔹 ఓటమిని అంగీకరించడం నేర్పించకపోతే, టాపర్ అయినా ఎగ్జామ్ ఫెయిల్ అవుతాననే భయంతోనే బ్రతికేస్తుంటాడు. 

🔹 ‘నువ్వెందుకూ పనికిరావు’ అనే మాటల మధ్య పెరిగిన బిడ్డకు ఎంత టాలెంట్ ఉన్నా పెద్ద అవకాశాలను తప్పించుకునే వ్యక్తిగా మారతాడు. 

తల్లిదండ్రుల అపోహలు

🔸 పిల్లల మంచికోసమే తిడుతున్నాం అనుకుంటారు. కానీ ప్రేమంటే భయమనే ప్రోగ్రామ్ ను బ్రెయిన్ లో ఇన్ స్టాల్ చేస్తున్నారనేది నిజం.

🔸 తిట్టినా పిల్లలు మర్చిపోతారనుకుంటారు. అది తప్పు. వాళ్లు మర్చిపోరు. అవి వారి అన్‌కాన్షస్ లో చేరి, జీవితంలో రిపీట్ అవుతాయి.

🔸 భారీ ఫీజులు చెల్లించి మంచి స్కూల్ లో చేర్పిస్తే సక్సెస్ గ్యారంటీ అనుకుంటారు. అది పూర్తిగా తప్పు. ఎమోషనల్ సేఫ్టీనే మొదటి పాఠశాల. అది పేరెంట్స్ నుంచే రావాలి. 

సెవెన్ స్టెప్స్...

1️⃣ ప్రతి పేరెంట్ తప్పులు చేస్తారు. అలాగని అపరాధభావంతో కుంగిపోకండి. ఆ ప్యాటర్న్ ను బ్రేక్ చేయండి.

2️⃣ మీరు ఈ రోజు మాట్లాడే మాటలు, మీ బిడ్డ ఇన్నర్ వాయిస్ అవుతుంది. అందుకే ఆ వాయిస్ ‘ఐ యామ్ గుడ్’ అని చెప్పేలా చూసుకోండి. 

3️⃣ మీరు మీ బిడ్డను ఇతరులతో పోల్చుతున్నారా? చిన్న చిన్న విషయాలకే తిడుతున్నారా? గాయం ఇక్కడే మొదలవుతుందని గుర్తించండి. 

4️⃣ విమర్శను కనెక్షన్ తో మార్చండి. ‘నువ్వు లేజీ’ అని కాకుండా, ‘నువ్వు అలిసిపోయినట్టున్నావ్, మళ్లీ మాట్లాడదాం’ అని చెప్పండి. కనెక్షన్ = కరెక్షన్ అని గుర్తుంచుకోండి. 

5️⃣ ఇంటిని సురక్షిత ప్రదేశంగా మార్చండి. నో జడ్జ్మెంట్ జోన్ క్రియేట్ చేయండి. ఫలితాలకే కాదు, ప్రయత్నానికీ సెలబ్రేషన్ చేయండి. 

6️⃣ ఏఐ యుగంలో మార్కులు కాదు, మెంటల్ స్ట్రెంగ్త్ గెలిపిస్తుంది. పాత గాయాలు నయం చేయకపోతే, మీ బిడ్డ భవిష్యత్తనే సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ బగ్స్ తో నడుస్తుందని గుర్తించండి. 

7️⃣ మీ గతం మీ ప్రస్తుతాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేస్తుంది. మీ ప్రవర్తన మీ బిడ్డ మనసుకు గాయాలు చేయవచ్చు. అందుకే మీ గాయాలు హీల్ అయ్యేందుకు థెరపీ తీసుకోండి. ఇదేమీ బలహీనత కాదు. బలం.

మార్స్క్ Vs మైండ్ సెట్ గెలిచేదెవరు? ‘‘సర్, మా అబ్బాయికి 75శాతం మార్కులు మాత్రమే వస్తున్నాయి. 95శాతం వచ్చేలా మీరు ట్రైనింగ్ ఇవ్వగలరా?’’ ‘‘సర్, మా అమ్మాయిని బెస్ట్ కోచింగ్ సెంటర్ లో చేర్పించాం. కానీ అనుకున్నంతగా పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్ లేదు. ఎలాగైనా నీట్ లో సీట్ వచ్చేలా మైండ్ సెట్ మార్చగలరా?’’ ఇలా చాలామంది తల్లిదండ్రులు ఫోన్ చేసి అడుగుతుంటారు. కొంతమంది సెషన్ లో అడుగుతుంటారు. ‘‘మీ బిడ్డ ఎగ్జామ్ లో సక్సెస్ అయితే చాలా లేక లైఫ్ లో పాసవ్వాలనుకుంటున్నారా?’’ అని అడుగుతా. ‘‘లైఫ్ లో పాసవ్వాలంటే మంచి మార్కులు రావాలి కదా సర్?’’ అని అడుగుతుంటారు అమాయకంగా. చాలామంది తల్లిదండ్రుల్లో ఇలాంటి అభిప్రాయమే ఉంది. మార్కుల విలువ... ఐఐటీ, ఎన్ ఐటీ, నీట్ లలో సీట్ రావాలంటే మార్కులు కావాల్సిందే. కానీ ఒక బిడ్డ ప్రతిభకు మార్కులు ఒక్కటే ప్రామాణికం కాదు. మార్కులు విద్యార్థి నేర్చుకున్న విషయాలు, టెన్షన్ లో రాసే సామర్థ్యం, మీ జ్ఞాపకశక్తి కొలుస్తాయి. కానీ మీ బిడ్డలోని సృజనాత్మకత, నాయకత్వం, భావోద్వేగ ప్రజ్ఞ, నిర్ణయ సామర్థ్యం, ఇన్నోవేషన్ లను కొలవలేవు. ఇప్పుడు ప్రపంచం ఈ నైపుణ్యాలనే కోరుకుంటుంది. ఐక్యూ వల్లనే సక్సెస్ రాదని హార్వర్డ్ పరిశోధన కూడా చెబుతోంది. విజయంలో తెలివితేటలు 15శాతం పాత్ర పోషిస్తే, సోషల్ స్కిల్స్ 85శాతం పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయని ఆ పరిశోధనలో తేలింది. అంతెందుకు... మా టెన్త్ క్లాస్ లో స్కూల్ ఫస్ట్ వచ్చిన నా ఫ్రెండ్ ఊర్లో కిరాణా దుకాణం నడుపుతున్నాడు, తప్పిన నేను సైకాలజిస్ట్ గా ఈ కాలమ్ రాస్తున్నా. సైన్స్ ఏం చెబుతోంది? స్టాన్‌ఫోర్డ్ యూనివర్సిటీకి చెందిన సైకాలజిస్టు డాక్టర్ కరోల్ డ్వెక్ ఒక గ్రౌండ్‌బ్రేకింగ్ రీసెర్చ్ ప్రకారం రెండు రకాల మైండ్ సెట్ లు ఉంటాయి. 1️⃣ ‘నేను ఇంతకంటే ఎక్కువ చేయలేను,’ ‘నాకు ఇన్నే మార్కులు వస్తాయి’ అనుకునే ఫిక్స్ డ్ మైండ్ సెట్. 2️⃣ ‘ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే నేర్చుకోవచ్చు,’ ‘తప్పులవల్ల నష్టం లేదు, నేర్చుకోవచ్చు’ అనుకునే గ్రోత్ మైండ్ సెట్. గ్రోత్ మైండ్ సెట్ ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు ఫెయిల్యూర్ నుంచి నేర్చుకుంటారు, లాంగ్ టర్మ్ సక్సెస్ సాధిస్తారు. మైండ్ సెట్ ట్రైనింగ్ తీసుకున్న విద్యార్థులు పరీక్ష ఫలితాల్లో, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసంలో 40శాతం మెరుగుదల చూపించారు. మైండ్ సెట్ తోనే అసలైన విజయం... కొన్నేళ్ల కిందట ఓ విద్యార్థి కోచింగ్ కోసం వచ్చాడు. అతను ఇంటర్మీడియట్ లో 60శాతం మాత్రమే సాధించాడు. దాంతో పేరెంట్స్ చాలా అసంతృప్తితో ఉన్నారు. కానీ అతనిలో నాకు కసి, ఉత్సుకత కనిపించాయి. దాంతో అతనికి జీనియస్ మైండ్ సెట్ కోచింగ్ మొదలు పెట్టా. ఇప్పుడతను బెంగళూరులో ఒక స్టార్టప్ ఫౌండర్. ఐఐటీల్లో చదివినవాళ్లకు ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తున్నాడు. ఎందుకంటే అతనికి నేర్పించింది సిలబస్ కాదు, సెల్ఫ్-బెలీఫ్, ప్రాబ్లమ్ సాల్వింగ్, జీనియస్ మైండ్ సెట్. జీనియస్ పుడతాడనేది భ్రమ, జీనియస్ డెవలప్ అవుతాడనేది సైన్స్. 2030లో క్రియేటివిటీ, క్రిటికల్ థింకింగ్, ఎమోషనల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ టాప్ స్కిల్స్ గా ఉంటాయని వరల్డ్ ఎకనామిక్ ఫోరమ్ చెప్తోంది. ఉత్తమ ఉద్యోగుల్లో కమ్యూనికేషన్, కొలాబరేషన్, అడాప్టబిలిటీ ముఖ్యమైన లక్షణమని గూగుల్ చేసిన ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఆక్సిజన్ రీసెర్చ్ లో కూడా వెల్లడైంది. జీనియస్ మేట్రిక్స్ కోచింగ్ లో నేర్పేవి ఇవే. పేరెంట్స్ ఏం చేయాలి? ✅ ఐక్యూ కాకుండా ప్రాసెస్ ను ప్రశంసించండి. ‘నువ్వు స్మార్ట్’ అని కాకుండా ‘నువ్వు కష్టపడి ప్రయత్నించిన తీరు నచ్చింది’ అని చెప్పండి. దీనివల్ల పిల్లల్లో ప్రేరణ కలుగుతుంది. మెదడులో కొత్త మార్గాలు ఏర్పడుతాయి. ✅ తప్పు చేసినప్పుడు శిక్షించకుండా ‘ఈ తప్పు నీకు ఏం నేర్పింది?’ అని అడగండి. తప్పులను నార్మలైజ్ చేయండి. ✅ మీ మాటల్లో ‘Yet’ శక్తిని చేర్చండి. ‘నేను లెక్కలు చేయలేను’ అని కాకుండా, ‘నేను ఇప్పటికి లెక్కలు చేయలేను’ అని చెప్పండి. ఈ చిన్న పదం అద్భుతం చేస్తుంది. ✅ మీ పరాజయాలను, వాటినుంచి ఏం నేర్చుకున్నారో, ఎలా తిరిగి నిలదొక్కుకున్నారో పిల్లలతో పంచుకోండి. మీ పిల్లలు దాన్ని పాటిస్తారు. ✅ ‘‘ఎన్ని మార్కులు వచ్చాయి?’’ అని కాకుండా, ‘‘ఈరోజు కొత్తగా ఏం నేర్చుకున్నావు?’’ ‘‘ఈ తప్పు నీకు ఏం నేర్పించింది?’’ అని అడగండి. ✅ మార్కుల గురించి కాదు, ప్రయత్నం ఆపేయడంపై టెన్షన్ పడండి. సెల్ఫ్ బిలీఫ్ ఉన్నవాడు ఎక్కడైనా గెలుస్తారు. మార్కులు మాత్రమే ఉన్నవాడు మైండ్ సెట్ లేకపోతే ఆగిపోతారు. సైకాలజిస్ట్ విశేష్ 10.08.2025 ⭐ ఈ పోస్ట్ అవసరమైన వారికి చేరేందుకు షేర్ చేయండి. 🤝 మరిన్ని సైకాలజీ, పేరెంటింగ్ పోస్టులకోసం నా ప్రొఫైల్ ఫాలో అవ్వండి. 📲 WhatsApp Circle లో చేరండి – లింక్ https://chat.whatsapp.com/FEKI9OmR3d5DLQGvMuO4EW?mode=ac_t 👉 కౌన్సెలింగ్ కోసం www.psyvisesh dot com లో సెషన్ బుక్ చేసుకోండి. #PsyColumn #PsyVisesh #PsyVishesh #GeniusMatrix #geniusmatrixhub #breakbuildbeyond #psychology #psychologyfacts #ParentingTips #parentinghacks #parenting #parents #parenthood #marks #mindset #mindsetmatters #growthmindset #mindsetiseverything #mindsetshift #CarolDweck
